Engineering
Our Engineering group can develop solutions based on our customers requirements. To communicate this development, APM can provide 3D model files in step protocol to integrate into CATIA or other design systems. All phases of development can be completed internally at APM or with our strategic partners for items such as Environmental Testing, HALT and HASS. We are a single source for all your Aerospace and Defense needs.
Program Management
APM provides experienced program management for our customer’s projects. The Program Management functions typically include the following:
Hardware Production
- Provide a single point of contact for customer procurement
- Prepare for and execute Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM's) and Design Reviews as required.
- Prepare for and execute Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM's) and Design Reviews as required.
- Assume ultimate responsibility for compliance and administration of the Purchase Order.
- Create meeting minutes and action item lists and drive open items to closure.
